What the site uses

• Vercel Web Analytics: privacy-focused, aggregate site measurement. The installed implementation is cookie-free and is not configured for advertising or profiling.
• Authentication and protected-access cookies: first-party cookies used when an administrator signs in or a protected collaborator review is unlocked. They are essential to keep the session secure and expire according to the session configuration.
• Theme preference: local storage remembers System, Light, or Dark display choice until it is changed or browser data is cleared.
• Gallery selections: local storage remembers selected image identifiers for the relevant gallery on that device until cleared.
• Inquiry draft: session storage keeps only the contact-form fields entered in the current tab so a reload does not discard them. It is cleared after successful submission or when the tab session ends.
• Concierge session: session storage may keep a short on-device conversation transcript and display state for the current tab.

Third-party content

Public Instagram images may be served from Meta’s media network when the Instagram feature is enabled. Clicking external links, including Instagram or Google Maps, takes you to that provider and its own privacy choices. The site does not currently embed advertising, session recording, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or Google Tag Manager.

Why there is no cookie banner

A consent banner is not shown because the current site does not set non-essential advertising or profiling cookies. A banner that suggested otherwise would be misleading. If non-essential tracking is introduced, it must be blocked until an appropriate choice is made and this policy must be updated.

Your controls

You can clear cookies and site data through browser settings. Clearing essential session data may sign you out, lock a protected review, or remove a saved draft or selections. Questions can be sent to hello@nhihadhassan.ca.
