Using the website

You may browse the public site and use its inquiry and booking tools for lawful personal or business purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, test credentials or tokens, scrape private galleries, upload malicious material, or use the site to infringe another person’s rights.

Bookings and consumer rights

Prices, availability, descriptions, and examples on the site are invitations to inquire and may change before a booking is confirmed. A booking is confirmed only as stated in the applicable signed service agreement. Individual service agreements contain the agreed scope, fees, payment schedule, cancellation terms, licence, delivery, and other booking-specific terms.

Nothing on this site excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory rights under applicable consumer-protection law.

Copyright and permitted use

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, words, logo, and displayed photographs are owned by or licensed to Nhihad Hassan Photography and are protected by copyright and other laws. Browsing does not transfer ownership. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, train a model on, remove attribution from, or commercially exploit website content without permission or another lawful basis.

A client’s permitted use of delivered images is set by the signed service agreement or a separate licence.

Galleries and submissions

Gallery and share links may be public, unlisted, password-protected, or otherwise access-controlled. Do not forward private access without authorization. Downloads, favourites, comments, selections, signatures, and other submissions must be accurate, lawful, and within the authority given to you. You retain rights in material you submit and grant the business the limited permission needed to process it for the requested service.

Accuracy, availability, and links

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the site accurate and available, but uninterrupted operation or error-free content is not guaranteed. External sites are controlled by their operators. To the extent permitted by law, the business is not responsible for indirect loss caused solely by ordinary use of this informational website. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or liability arising from negligence or wilful misconduct where such a limit would be unlawful.
